This session will introduce the concept of a design system. It will explain what a design system is, its purpose, how it works and benefits. Armed with the knowledge of design systems we will take a look at our product to expose parts of it where a design system could improve customer satisfaction.
Many large organizations use a "solve for Yes" approach to problem solving. Understanding that problem solving doesn't mean always having a solution but to always find a way. This idea is heavily reliant on communication, out of the box thinking, and seeing things from different perspectives. Let do some team building exercises to learn just how we can work together to solve for Yes!
From neural networks, through statistics, to large language models - i'll do my best to explain how "AI" works, its limitations, and its advantages. Hopefully in a sensible amount of time.
