Once you've collected your luggage and exited the baggage claim area,
look for a sign with your name (and the names of others on your same transfer). The person with the sign will then notify the driver to come to the pickup area and then take you to them. If you do not see anyone with your sign, please message Claudino directly on WhatsApp for assistance.
If your flight into Salvador is delayed or missed or can’t find / contact your driver at the airport please

The airport contact and driver will likely speak little to no English but can use a translator app to communicate as required. It is also recommend you download the Google Translate App (
App Store /
Google Play) and downloading Portuguese for
offline use in case you need it.
